They literally had no bags in the entire store. None to use, none to buy, just carry your stuff out scattered and shady-looking. Had a whole cart of individual items of random size and nothing to put it in.

Also, the only thing in the store completely locked out is the deodorant. I waited 10min, some other lady was waiting 20, the assistance button was useless as nobody with a key came, and we had a queue of 7 people trying to buy a stick. We had to hunt someone down, manager nowhere to be found.

What kind of cheap corporate tactics are these?
Why has this particular Walmart gone downhill?

The Mohegan Lake Walmart is an excellent store to shop. The is very helpful courteous knowledgeable and efficient. Top Notch customer service - from the store manager Carmen to all the staff I will always shop there. Happy Holidays to all

I absolutely love shopping at Walmart! It's pretty cool. It's better than the one that was on Connecticut Ave (Boston Post/Post Rd in Norwalk), and way better than the one that used to be in White Plains. It's kinda busy, but the inventory levels are pretty decent.

A bit chaotic, aisles were neat and store seemed clean. My biggest gripe was that I went in for a certain sleeping bag that was on sale and website said was in stock at that store and the one I found looked identical, but was not on sale and cost more money. Figured that out at the register. line was too long to go back to aisle. I kinda feel like it was a bait and switch. It probably wasn't but that's what it felt like. And the sleeping bag, a Coleman 20 degree bag was definitely not warm even at 50 degrees, but that is not Walmart's fault. But don't post a bag as in stock and then have an inferior product that looks identical, that is their fault

Esta bien ponerle seguro a los items de la sección "entretenimiento" pero necesité sacar 2 y ninguna persona cerca para que me abriera el seguro. Di vieltas por 25 minutos y NADIE de la tienda para ello.
Ahora a buscar los mismos items en otra tienda.

now self checkout is 15 items or less and a employee wouldnt let me finish scanning my items when she realized i was over the limit. i had an older lady at the register scanning my items 2x and having to void it out and it took 10x longer than it would be doing it myself. i get they are trying to make things move faster but train your people to have better cashier skills and people skills.
