I had the best experience at The Palm Tree Boutique today! I went in looking for a semi formal dress for an event and found that and more. The customer service was incredible! I have never experienced customer service this amazing! It is such a beautiful place with good quality clothing for any event. The people that work there are so kind hearted and helpful. I give this place a 10 out of 10! ❤️

I have been going to this boutique for a while now and I always have a wonderful experience! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff here are not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable and helpful about helping me to find the right items for me. They always take the time to assist me in finding exactly what i’m looking for. I will definitely keep shopping here and recommending this boutique to all my friends!

Tonight December 4, I had a disapponting experience at this store. The customer service was far from welcoming. The staff seemed to assume the worst of me, giving me judgmental looks and acting as if I might steal something, which was both offensive and unnecessary. Additionally, their behavior felt discriminatory, making me feel very uncomfortable throughout my visit.
Good customer service should make all customers feel valued and respected, regardless of who the are. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I hope management takes action to address these issues, as no one should have to deal with such treatment.

Terrible customer service and not the friendliest older ladies working there. On Friday 11/ 29, about 4pm, the old lady that was “greeting” at the door did not have a happy look on her face. She did not greet me or make me feel welcomed, she just looked at me up and down without saying a word. To add - I was the only young girl who walked in at the time so maybe I looked like I wasn’t going to spend money? Or maybe it was what I was wearing? Who knows. The old lady that was at the register was also not friendly what so over and wasn’t welcoming either. 2 very stuck up ladies and not a good look for Grapevine.

This is a very clean boutique that is well organized and nicely set up. The employees are so sweet and helpful. There is a wide variety of things to shop from. Sunglasses, jewelry, clothing and shoes are some of the items I browsed while shopping here. The prices were reasonable for the quality items. I would shop here again.

The candles smell delicious.
I, 23 yo Ukrainian f, LOVED their selection. It didn't feel too country and I got a really cute top and flared jeans that matched my 70s vibe. Overall, GREAT service and cute store. Prices are typical for a Grapevine boutique but they also have a nice but tiny selection on the sale rack (got my top from there). Did not see a big selection for anyone over a medium size when it comes to bottoms.

Super cute clothing shop with comfy and fashionable stuff, caters to a young-20s feminine crowd, soft boho-chic aesthetic. Great for both summers and winters! Also sells some jewelry to compliment their outfits, and will even show suggestions on the mannequins.
