I stopped by with my daughters after we had lunch nearby. I definitely was not looking my best, but the boutique owner, Shallen, was so sweet. She gave us space to walk around and shop, without hovering but still being available. When ringing us up, Shallen confirmed that we had grabbed the right skirt size, after eyeballing my daughter’s stature — a step beyond a big-box store cashier. Super cute clothes in the mid-price range, sizes Small to Large; the accessories are mostly between $20-40. Overall, so glad we stopped by, and will pop in again for sure.

Went shopping in this boutique for the first time and it has so many cute items/clothes! Found these super cute earrings for New Year Eve and a present for a friend.
I was greeted by one of the gals as soon as I walked in. They asked if I was looking for anything special. I told her I was looking for a gift and when I checked out they asked if I needed a gift receipt and the gift bag put in a bag. I didn’t need to ask!
I am putting this boutique on my list of places to shop at in the future.

I walked in with my son this afternoon. I was recommended this boutique by a friend. I had been very excited to check it out. The lady with shoulder length black hair working in the store barely said hi. That was the last word she spoke to us. She was very nice and talkative to the lady checking out while I was looking around. Once she was done with that customer I assumed to would ask me what I was looking for. She said nothing to me. I continued to look and saw some cute things. But I was wasn’t going to support a business after being ignored. We crossed paths several times during my time in the store. She couldn’t even be bothered to say bye. I read a previous review and we seemed to have the same experience and we do have something in common unfortunately. I may not have looked like I was going to buy anything but I would have if I had been treated differently. I haven’t come across being treated like that in this area. Very disappointed.

Customer service was great! Best I’ve ever had. The employee working voluntarily took my items to the fitting room for me while I searched for other clothes and helped me put together an outfit. The clothes were really high quality so a little bit on the pricier side but worth it for your dollar. Had a great experience! 10/29/21

Ruby Keys is my GO-TO for any occasion….from hanging at the lake, two-stepping, and formal affairs- Ruby Keys has me covered! Sent my next door neighbor who went ape over my latest summer dress! Yayyyyyy Ruby’s!!!! Reminds me of Charming Charlie’s as is cool clothes, hats, purses and jewelry but with affordable pricing!

Mixed feelings as they have beautiful clothing, shoes, and jewelry but was a terrible experience as I walked in and the lady with black hair behind counter looked at me and did not greet. That was not terrible, I could get over that but 3 other people came in and were greeted. I started to look around more at the clothing and my phone rang loudly and I apologized and once again eye contact but no words said to me. She also offered assistance to the 3 other people in store , and said nothing to me.
The only thing that was different about me vs the other customers is that Im hispanic.
I hate to assume i was being discriminated against but this is what her actions led me to believe.
I left the store as I felt strange there with her behavior.

Ruby Keys Boutique was exactly what I needed for my night out and the wonderful lady that helped me knew exactly what I needed as well. I can be a hard shopper at times but I told what I had in mind a she picked out several outfits it was like I had my own personal shopper even a pair of shoes to match. ?
