Had a great experience at the newly opened Omega Boutique. I had been following the opening for months and waited patiently for it to open. Before the store opened I had communicated with the manager Yannis about watches that I was looking for. He was very prompt with his responses and he went above and beyond before they were officially open. I was there when the doors first opened and Yannis and his staff far exceed my expectations. The store itself is beautiful and has an excellent selection. If you are in the market for an Omega watch I highly recommended you visit Yannis. Great guy and very knowledgeable.

A special mention has to go to the manager, Yannis, who truly went above and beyond in making my experience memorable. His in-depth product knowledge is second to none. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and patiently guided me through the options, explaining the unique features and craftsmanship of each model. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to secure my grail watch, something I thought would be nearly impossible to find. Yannis’s attention to detail and genuine passion for the brand made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

I had a wonderful experience with my first ever Omega watch purchase at the Omega boutique yesterday. The knowledgeable and friendly staff made it so easy to decide to move forward with the purchase. I wasn't even planning to buy a watch, but fell in love with a SpeedMaster I saw in person, and tried on. The manager Yannis was very educated on the history of the brand, and of the particular models Omega carries. I plan to become a frequent customer. A special shout out to Ashunte as well, she was so professional and courteous with me.
