The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The selection of games, consoles, and accessories is decent, and I was impressed by the variety of both new releases and retro options. The store has a great atmosphere for gamers of all levels, and the prices are very reasonable.

I had the best experience ever going to this store with my kids. I went to trade some of my son’s games. As soon as I walked into the store, it’s so well organized and the looks of the store it’s so cool, definitely so much there to see and appreciate. The guys working there are so polite, and so kind. We had a wonderful experience. I had to take time to come leave a review. My kids and I found our game store. I already told my friends about it. Great place 😄😄😄.

Friendly and happy-to-help staff. The store has a decent layout which facilitates browsing.

The best part are the prices which do not make you feel like you’re being ripped off for an old and used game. In addition, all of their used games have packaging with either looks as new or slightly worn. Haven’t seen a single poorly treated used game case.

Their selection is also decently extensive, so I’d recommend going and taking a look around.

I went into Microplay during a snow storm and it took me well over 2 hours for the commute, as I don't live close. I purchased 2 games, but upon arriving home I noticed in one of the cases had the wrong game. I called in the next day and Kevin helped me by shipping me free of charge the original game I intended to purchase, and while also allowing to keep the game they mistakenly gave me.
I highly recommended Microplay !

Great store. Staff are super helpful. They offer fair values for selling. Of course I can get more selling it personally but that takes time and effort on my end.

They treated me well and I was able to get what I wanted without hassle. Super friendly, fantastic selection, and there’s so many retro games to look at there. Relatively fair prices compared to some other places. Glad to have this place close by.
