My wife and I have been looking at getting matching watches for some time. We’ve looked at every brand but nothing sold us until we walked into the boutique. We absolutely fell in love with their titanium classic fusion. Not only is the watch stunning but the customer service is by far the best experience we have ever gotten on any store in the domain. We buy a significant amount of designer stuff, so we are used to good customer. This wasn’t good customer service this was AMAZING customer service. Tress was exceptional! We can easily say it was the best customer service we have ever gotten. She went out of her way to make sure buying a Hublot was an experience we wouldn’t forget.

What an amazing boutique, brand, and people!! Hublot is the only timepiece boutique in Austin that truly knows what service and community is all about. The people at the boutique are incredible and make it more than just about watches. I would highly recommend stopping by and saying hi, checking out a few pieces, and chatting with the crew. I was in town and walked in to the store. Adrian greeted me and showed me some amazing watches. I was offered water and they made you feel welcome. If you want an amazing time piece, I highly recommend coming here first.

Thank God Austin FINALLY has its own boutique! No longer do you have to drive 3+ hours to Dallas or Houston. But, it gets better! The staff here are amazing! Well, everyone is very nice and friendly, but I am speaking in particular about Devon Garza. She is an incredible brand ambassador and Hublot is lucky to have her representing them. From the moment I called the boutique this morning she was very personable and not only gave me the time of day on the phone, but made a point of asking for my name and building a customer relationship. Then, when I came in today, she greeted me by name and knew exactly what I needed. I already own a Hublot (from another store), but was not aware of how to clean/maintain it. Devon was willing to take time out of her day to not only tell me how to clean it, but to take my watch apart and show me! She was so knowledgeable about Hublot overall, but also about my model, that I was very impressed. Her passion for the brand was evident and invigorating as a current owner. Devon was extremely thorough and I couldn't stop looking at my wrist when she returned my Aerofusion BM to me as it looked brand new. I can't say enough about the experience (thanks to Devon!) and when I am ready for my next piece, I will definitely be seeking her out. Kudos to Hublot on hiring a standout sales associate, who obviously loves what she does and is willing to go the extra mile!

The nicest people. And watches as well 🙂 I brought nephew to see watches that his favorite tennis player is wearing, we said we are not looking to buy, just to see. People working there were extremely nice, showed to him several watches, let him try, offered drinks to us, smiling and patient.. made my nephew's day 🙂 Thank you so so much!!!

Went to visit the domain and stumbled upon this boutique. Richtress was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a wonderful introduction to the brand. Amazing customer service and great pieces. Can’t wait to start my collection!
