*DO NOT SHOP HERE* They sold me a top that came utterly destroyed and such low quality for a premium price, and then won't accept a return because their policy is so tight (and around the holidays). Their QA is either nonexistent or they don't care, and when i reached out with feedback, they just blocked me on everything. Update: they say the return window was extended, but that is not the case. See attached screenshots. Update 2: this "business" is leaving me in the lurch on this return and no answering emails. Update 3 (1/2/25): Filed a complaint with the BBB, got a refund and they refused the return. Now they are lying to the BBB about the timeline and actions taken. What gives! Just own your mistake! Update 4 (1/7/25): Since calling them out on their lying and misrepresentation, they have now started to slander me to others, including in writing. It's okay, they've lost a loyal customer. I am just warning people about their bad business and return model, and lack of QA when selling clothing at a premium. Perhaps, HCB, if you had done this customer right, I would have had a positive review. ?‍♀️ Don't blame me for your actions, folks. I have the receipts and all communication in writing. Thanks for the refund, but unfortunately I can't even donate clothing that is literally falling apart right out of your package. "Shop small" they say, but then you get this crap. Never again.

I have been purchasing clothing and accessories online from this boutique for several years. I have never been disappointed with a purchase. They do a great job of describing the fit of the product which helps me determine sizing since I bounce back and forth between medium and large sizes. They ship the product promptly and I always receive within 2 days of the shipping notifications. Adorable clothes, great prices, and awesome customer service. How can ya not love that

The Customer Service at Horse Creek Boutique is second to none! Orders are processed correctly and completely, and arrive very quickly. I love all of their beautiful clothing and jewelry, especially their graphic tees! If I ever visit their area, I will definitely make it a point to shop in their store!

I've been shopping at Horse Creek for about 2 years & have found that most of my tops have come from them. Very cute tops. It's super easy to order & delivery time is within 1-2 days. I've had to return a couple of things but that has not been a hassle.

Horse Creek Boutique has the cutest clothes, love the style. I buy for my grands, my daughters and myself, their style even works for my age at 60. Since I don’t live close, I can always count on quick delivery. On of the best Boutiques out there ❤️?

I love this boutique! They have clothes & accessories I love so much I have referred many friends to their business. One of my favorite things is the shipping is really quick. Once I buy it’s just a couple of days before I’m wearing it.

I love my Texas with bluebonnet t shirt from Horse Creek Boutique! It is not only beautiful but the fit is perfect and I love the soft fabric it is made from. It was shipped out to me the day after I ordered it and I received it 3 days later.

I’ve only purchased once at Horse Creek Boutique, but it was effortless and they followed up with me to see if I had received my order in a timely manner and asked if I was happy with it! That’s good customer service! Their website is easy to navigate and shopping with them is a breeze! I love Horse Creek Boutique!
