Due to a USPS mixup, my tracking number indicated the order/shipment had been cancelled. Fortunately, the order had been fulfilled, shipped and even arrived on time. Unfortunately, An hour before the package arrived, I left a frustrated message on Herrick Game’s voicemail. I called later to let them know my order had been well received and to apologize for my rudeness earlier. Jade was very kind to me and completely understood where I was coming from. At Herrick Games you’ll be well taken care of! They are an excellent shop with absolutely the best customer service, and great people!

These guys are amazing!! Such a personable experience and the person that packed my order, Jade, left a little thank you note in there - super cute.... They also do a great job making sure they pack the boxes with padding so everything doesnt get all messed up from shipper throwing it around. For a small business, they seem to have better selection on a lot of the 40k stuff I buy than most stores, plus a decent selection of paint supplies. I'll definitely be using them more often - I just wish I lived a little closer so I could physically go to the store :p

Herrick Games had the unique item from Warhammer 40k. The item is as described and it arrived earlier than expected. Friendly communication. Packaging was excellent. Great vendor!

Wish I had a local shop as good as Herrick! I've ordered 3 limited release GW box sets from them; Skye and co. must bust their keisters getting everything out as fast as they do. It might be a while between purchases, but when I need some more models, I'll keep buying from Herrick.

Skye Herrick, the owner of Herrick Games, is very friendly and welcoming. The Herrick Games store in Boulder Creek may be a little small, but it is packed full to bursting with an amazing selection of games, miniatures, paints, books and much more.
There are 3 gaming tables so multiple games can be played simultaneously. My gaming group plays in-store weekly.
Herrick Games has a fantastic and easy to use online store as well, which has built an amazing reputation over the years for their low prices, fast shipping and wonderful customer service.
Check them out - you will not be disappointed!

We are so lucky to have a store like this in the San Lorenzo Valley! While the game stock is primarily Games Workshop product, they have a fantastic selection of paints and specialty basing and terrain products. They have growing selection of rules and minis for indy skirmish games, and your basic D&D books are there too.
A welcoming, diverse and supportive community of gamers meet at Herrick, and I often see local teens playing and talking passionately about games with seasoned, middle-aged players.
Be sure to check to check the website for hours as they are only open a few evenings a week, plus some weekend days.
