Golden Nugget Carson Tower

Les chambres sont vieillissantes mais ça va. Par contre les concerts sous les fenêtres jusqu'à 2h du matin, c'est pas super......surtout avec des fenêtres en simple vitrage. Bon d'un autre côté, on se couche pas avant au moins 1h à Vegas

Alors par où commencer? Dans notre chambre, il avait une énorme flaque mouillée suite au nettoyage du vomi de quelqu'un, ça puait comme pas possible. On demande à l'accueil si quelqu'un peut venir nettoyer davantage ou bien qu'on nous change de chambre. Réponse sachant qu'il était déjà 17h passé qu'il n'y avait aucun personnel de nettoyage disponible et si on veut changer de chambre faut payer un supplément avec une chambre de lit séparé alors qu'à la base on avait réservé une chambre lit King size. Bref pour fuir la puanteur on a finalement du payé le supplément. A mes yeux ce n est pas customer-friendly. En plus de ça il n y pas de sécurité dans cette hôtel. Des SDF dans le casino. On a même vu deux personnes entrain de fumé du crack à côté des machines. A évité pour les familles

Très bon hôtel pour faire la fête. Vous pouvez rejoindre Fremont Street très facilement.

We stayed during the week. It's a really nice hotel. Our room was in the Rush Tower. Nice and clean. The AC works great. There is plenty of hot water. There were a few issues. Maybe because it was during the week, almost none of the restaurants were open for lunch. I'm not sure about dinner due to being out till late into the night. The other issue I had was the ride share situation. The hotel has ride share pick you up at the garage on the 2nd floor. Very inconvenient, especially if some of your party are in heels. We actually found it easier to walk next door to Golden Gate and grab our ride at their main entrance. The last issue I had was the staff. They were very helpful when you asked anyone a question. They just didn't come off as friendly. This includes the front desk. Would I stay here again, sure. But to be fair, Fremont was a one-time experience for us. I will most likely stay on the strip next time, but that's not due to my experience at the Golden Nugget.

Woke up at 4am and decided to travel down to the Casino in my Basketball shorts and tank top. Then I got followed into the restroom where I was forced out my 2 security guards for looking homeless. Not one of them asked me if I stayed at the hotel nor asked for my key card. As they threatened me in my face, I asked to speak with their boss or person in charge. The security detail talked trash to me the entire way to who I thought was in charge. I gave 2 statements and not one of them were given to Joel the head man in charge. We followed up Sunday, our check out day due to being told someone would contact us before we leave which never happened. So after observing the same guards that profiled me, I watch them do it to only people of color. Crazy enough, the guard is someone within you can't trust. I posted a Pic but I'm not one who likes to be profiled due to the color of my skin and the clothes I choose to wear. Watch out especially people with kids, If you can't trust security who can you trust at Hotels?
