I placed two orders, some Christmas gifts for friends and family who live near by and a gift basket for my Nan and aunt.

I ordered the perfect gift basket for my 96-year old Nan and Aunt to be delivered across the country. What I didn’t realize was that I had entered my mailing address in both the billing and shipping address sections (blame it on the mommy brain).

An hour or so later, I received an email from Caribou Gifts asking if I made a mistake when I ordered my gift basket because 1) usually gift baskets are sent to someone else 2) my note mentioned the town where my Nan lives which didn’t match the address I entered. The owner of the store emailed me to check based on that and made all the changes on her end to get the gift to the right place. I am so very thankful she did!

If you were contemplating a purchase, do it!

Odered valentines chocolate gift basket last minute. It arived on time. Their customer service was wonderful, they reached out to me to make sure my order was right because I didn't ad a note and so they added a nice hand written note with exactly what I wanted on it. They had so many great options of chocolate and other gift items to pick from, and all the chocolate I ordered was delicious. Definitely recomend this place!

I ordered a gift basket to a secondary address as a birthday surprise and I am 1000% pleased with the service received. In error, I did not put the secondary address in my order but Megan and I resolved the issue very quickly. The basket was delivered early in the day and the card was handwritten adding a special touch. Thank you Megan and my sister was very very impressed with the standard and quality of everything in the basket.
Another thing to note that I was impressed by is that Megan had her full name and phone number accessible with her e-mail. This showed a very personal touch to this business. I will definitely be supporting this local family owned business again!
