New Tailor not ok. See pic. Overall experience - The lady that took my sari skirt stitching order was nice - but when I went to collect the skirt on Saturday at 12noon on Apr 29/23 a different lady was super rude. I asked about the skirt draw string and she said they do not supply it - but later I saw it was at the bottom of the bag - plus I said the skirt looked short and the rude lady said I was wrong - see pic how short it is compared to my correct measurements that was given to the tailor. I’m out money in fabric & stitching costs for something I cannot use - was treated badly even though I did not ask for a refund - very disappointing experience.

This is the place to go!!! They have everything you will need and then some. I loved the quality of items in the store and Anil was so helpful and patient while helping me. I still wanted the top and length on my shirt resized a bit and he had it done within 30 minutes and it was so truly beautiful! He also gave me instructions on how to wear everything appropriately which was truly helpful! Thank you!!! We will only come to this shop in the future:)

Sindhu has been such an amazing help for me today on my first time at Banaras! She helped me find a dress a need for a wedding this coming Saturday! It was my first time at banaras I really enjoyed shopping. They have everything that you are looking for. Especially Indian attires. Binita is great at customer service, if you need anything ask her. She helped me choosing all the Indian outfits that I need. She is polite and knowledgeable too. I will keep shopping more.

Banaras Indian Boutique went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I needed to make a purchase in an emergency and called them 5 minutes before store closed. Since i was driving long distance and could not reach there for another hour, they delivered my order to the restaurant next door and helped me immensely. Thank you Dinu and Likitha!
