We waited for them to open at 12 but they didn't. At 1215 pm we walked over to the other location, Jungle Adventure, the attendant said that Jumping Castle is still opening, the staff is on their way. She said they open at 12 but "if it's raining" then they are late. There is a lot of wear and tear in the playground. For example, some wall pads are missing, tape is holding the spinning chairs, the kitchen area has cupboard doors missing and no toys. Couches have leather all worn out. But it was worth it for us because we had a free ticket and my 3 year old had a lot of fun.

They are finally back after closing for 2 yrs during covid...this place is for kids 1 year ( or those who can walk to 6 years old )

Location has been moved closer to kin kin bubble tea shop

My little one was scared first ...once she warmed up she ..was care free ...

Very nice and good for young kids .. who are not in rush. Place is big enough for younger ones to run around.

Wendy is an amazing host and she was very kind and friendly with the kids. All 3 of my boys had lots of fun, especially with an all day in and out privileges. Massive ball pits , foam LEGO blocks hut, trampolines , and many other fun play centres. And for less than $15 per child, or $8 Tuesdays or Thursdays great value and very clean play place

Nice place for Birthday Party. All real fruit juice and milkshake for kids. Very healthy and kids enjoy it.

Was perfect for my two year old.
Much safer than other indoor playgrounds. Lots and lots of variety of activities and really fun. Only suggestion is to clean a little more, as some of the equipment is dirty .

Just went today, I like the place, is perfect for young kids, however, I’m afraid they not maintaining the place. Feels like it’s falling apart. All the damaged items and the place is very dirty. It’s just as dirty as the other playground in the same mall.

Closes way too early compared to most other indoor playgrounds... sometimes they close even before their posted time. Have had to return home with disappointed toddlers a couple of times. The most annoying part, however, is that they never answer their phone... it usually goes straight to voice-mail.
