Incredibly rude staff at the Edwards location. I shop here frequently but try not to go to the Edwards location because you can’t even get a simple “hello” and they stare at you like you’re ruining their lives when you come in 2 hours before close. If you’re not personable- don’t work in retail! Go to the Avon location, MUCH friendlier and employees don’t act like they’re better than you.

After not being able to get home due to I-70 and a huge snow storm hit. I landed in a hotel near by with no underwear or clothes to sleep in. The ladies helped me out by first suggesting a store a few doors down, that store was closed. Then took me next door to another store to help me find sweatpants and t-shirt. I slept on those. Mostly I want to say they were lovely and kind. I would shop there often because of that but unfortunately I don’t live near here.

Selection and price wise, it’s a fabulous store. However, the Edwards location needs to work on their customer service skills. Maybe it only happens to me or maybe they are sick of seeing me shop there but I rarely get greeted and if I do, it’s when I have a pile of clothes to try on. If I return something, they make it super awkward and very inconvenient. I’ve literally spent thousands in there and they make me feel horrible if I return a $60 shirt out of my $500 purchase. Only at the Edwards location will they tell you to go to go return something to the same location in which you bought it...When you’re in the fitting room you’d expect someone to check on you. Instead, 99% of the time I have to get dressed if I want a different size. There is one girl that works there who is great and I think her name is Melissa? For a long time I avoided shopping at that location after having multiple bad experiences there. But, I decided to give it another go. I def am not going to be shopping here anymore. Very disappointing...

I had a great time trying on (purchasing) clothes in the store with the excellent assistance of Melissa. She was attentive and helpful in showing me the appropriate clothes based on my wants. No over-selling or coercion. The selection is excellent in the boutique and prices are comparable to other “upscale” boutiques. Really great shopping experience which I attribute mostly to the sales associate and the wide selection of styles.

Incredibly rude sales people. Asked for help with something that was too high for me to reach. You would have thought I’d asked for a kidney. I liked the item but just wanted to get out of there.

Love shopping at any of their stores. They always have unique wonderful pieces. The quality of all their clothes and accessories is just awesome. I Have never had a bad experience shopping with them. It’s always a fun shopping with you.

Love this boutique! Super cute/trendy clothes, accessories, and shoes. I always find a few items when I’m in town. Store hours say open til 6:30, but they close at 6!
