Spoke to a member of staff on Sunday very helpful and polite but unable to assist as there were no appointments available advised for me to go back during the week but showed brochure of available products to order in time for my event.
Staff on Monday were pleasant to start with then became less helpful. I could only try on size 14 as no larger sizes available. I asked about one dress I loved and she kept saying we would have to measure me first and I asked about timescale which I felt was a hassle to get an answer about seemed less interested and help helpful as the conversation went on. Not the service I would expect when spending between £300-£400 on a dress. Staff possibly more interested in helping younger thinner customers was the impression I got.

Thank you for your speedy response and as a senior store manager in retail myself I would expect a certain level of service to be supplied from all my staff. I did not have any issue with being measured at all I felt the attitude of the staff today was a complete change from yesterday. That is my only complaint. And as you said we are all entitled to our own opinions and are allowed to share our experiences with anyone and should not feel attacked when doing so. I did share my initial experience was pleasant I was surprised in the different customer service I received on different days by different staff!

My 16 year old daughter went into the shop to look for something for Gala Day & left a £60 cash deposit & later brought a friend over to the shop only to find out it was a prom dress & not what you wear for Gala Day.
She asked for her deposit back & they refused.

She also asked for an exchange for something more appropriate for Gala Day they still refused.
We emailed them & there was no reply back.

This is now in the hands of the papers & lawyers because they can’t get away with conning a 16 year old girl out of £60 & it’s only fair that she gets an exchange if she isn’t getting her money back.

Nice wee place. Staff really helpful and they have a good selection of items. Misters is where I go but wife and daughter disappear through into the Sisters side and always find something they like. Recommended?

my wife and daughter have bought from Sisters for years and always comment on the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They love the wide selection of clothes and accessories available and the fact that if they cant see what they want the girls will help them find it. They are always recommending the shop to their friends and I know many of them are now regular customers.

Visited on Sunday to check out Prom dresses . Wow what a selection to choose from . Never was it a problem to try on more . The staff were so helpful always someone on hand to pass through a dress or take one away . We found it so difficult to choose but eventually we made the perfect choice . Thanks to ALL the ladies on Sunday for their truthful opinions and suggestions . I would definitely recommend .

I had purchased a dress from Sisters Boutique in Falkirk via their website at a cost of £125. I have worn it once and the stitching is coming away at the bust area.... After going back to the store they informed me they cannot refund as i purchased through the website and they would call me later in the afternoon... Several calls later and they have told me it didn't leave the store in that condition then they will not give a refund but get it repaired... Under the Sale of Goods Act merchandise should be of good quality and last for a reasinable time not 6 hours of wear. Sisters Boutique get out of jail clause its been stretched ( which I may add the bust area is rather loose on me so absolutel nonsense ..... BEWARE DONT BUY BECAUSE IF THE GOODS FAIL THEY WILL NOT REFUND !!!!!!!

Found this little fabulous shop online by chance and can’t thank them enough for helping me find my kevan Jon dream dress definitely worth a visit, wish I stayed closer but worth a visit even from afar.
