I bought few things in here. And it was not bad shopping experience. However, there were one guy (looks not work there, but was having conversations with the staff). When I just got out of the shop, they talked behind about us and laughing. I can clearly hear that. That was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL.

One of the best independent gift shops in Edinburgh! I'm Stockbridge local, often visit there and always find a perfect gift for someone. They've got a wide selection of fashionable yet practical items for everyday life, curated by the owner Gayle who's got great taste. Communication is also fantastic but you can shop without being bothered with too much of them if you're introverted 😉 Highly recommended to anyone looking for a gift for women or children!

I absolutely adore Willow Boutique. Not only does it stock loads of fun, interesting items, Gayle is exceptionally friendly and helpful and always make special effort to make me feel welcome. I tend to order online and then pick up. Recently I made an online order which was ready to be picked up the next day. Everything was beautifully wrapped and had a thoughtful thank you postcard too. I ended up buying more when I went for pickup as there were new items in and I couldn't resist!
I really recommend a visit to Willow Boutique if you're passing by or making an online order if you're not close enough to make it in person. You won't be disappointed and you'll be helping a small, independent business too. A win win situation ?
