The item I ordered doesn’t fit so I informed by mail about the procedure to return the item and to be refund… they are asking a lot of questions about my measurements instead of giving me the information to return the product… it’s a big scam!

Small boutique, the window display enticed me in. There was a sale on with 30% off.
A very friendly sales assistant.
I bought 3 items one of which was ordered for me from their West End shop....couldn't have been more helpful

Quirky neighbourhood boutique with friendly and helpful staff. They have crammed this little shop high and low with lovely options so be prepared to take your time hunting through all of the different racks. They also do lovely scented candles - the wild fig one is gorgeous.

I went into Ruby Woo this morning after I spoke with the girls late last night on Instagram about how the boots I had seen on their website were sold out. I was told to go into store as they had my size. I could only get into the Shawlands store as had to get back to work. The girl in the store was so helpful and said they can get them from their West
End store and send them next day delivery. The boots I wanted arrived at my office via courier that afternoon. Completely impressed and bought loads of lovely items when in store too. Would highly recommend a visit.
