I have shopped here many times before but the customer service was awful on my last visit a month ago. A young female worker was working the counter and never greeted us, which was fine. A caucasian woman walked in after us and was promptly greeted in a warm way. As I tried to make eye contact while passing the cashier station, the young cashier/sales girl, never even looked at us. My mom and I quickly left understanding that that action was done overtly and deliberately. We then knew we were not welcome.
The next day, I called for the owner, was given her email address, wrote her in hopes that I would get a response, and never got one. I am so sad that I will not be able to visit this store anymore.
I wish that all people, of all ethnicities, could be greeted there, equally.

This store is absolutely adorable!! I love it so much. Me and my best friends come here all the time and always end up getting something.

This little shop has things like clothes, water bottles, purses, candles, jewelry, and tons of cute little things. I love everything here, but the only thing is that it’s a bit overpriced, at least for my standards.

The employees here are also super helpful and kind.

I absolutely love this store and would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves cute little shops with trendy clothes and literally all things adorable.

OMG. I LOVE this store! The clothes are cute and contemporary. They are adorable and affordable. I've been really impressed by the variety of merchandise they've selected. I usually shop places like The Loft, but this is my new favorite.

It is exciting seeing what is trending when they put new merchandise out. It doesn't feel like I'm "trying too hard" to be cool when I wear these clothes. They're so natural and easy.

I really recommended Dear Prudence. The staff is really helpful. I'm looking forward to next season. ?

I stumbled upon DP one sunny day eating breakfast with my mom at Rebecca's. We walked into the store and instantly fell in love with the cutest selection of clothes and accessories and the prices were all extremely fair *Bonus* I loved it so much I decided to apply to work there that same day!
I love coming into work every day looking forward to meeting our new customers and our loyal returners, helping them find the perfect outfit for whatever occasion they may have! We have customers of all ages with all different events to attend! My biggest thrill is seeing a smiling face come out of the fitting room in something I personally picked out for them. If you've shopped in the store while I'm working, chances are we found something in common to connect on during our conversation. Coming to DP, I hope to give you the girl talk you would have with one of your oldest friends and the confidence of a bomb outfit, if you have the time to play dress up for me! I haven't been a size 0 since I was 16, I'm 30 years old and now range in sizes 7-10, and constantly find options that are flattering on my body type for all the occasions I have of my own to attend. We aim to please and hope that's perceived within our community of customers, new and returning.

Great local store, HIGHLY recommend!! My daughter and I have been going to this store since they opened. The service has ALWAYS been friendly and inviting. The ladies there we give an honest opinion and if you try something on that isn't quite right for you, they will let you know. We never feel like they try to sell. They want you to be happy when you leave. Always happy to go back and support a great local business!
