Purchased 2- 7lbs robes from daddy boutique, one came later than the other due to a sell out of the robe that I wanted. But instead I received an unreleased one which was very nice. Very satisfied with my purchase. You all communicate very well and made the process super easy.

Gave the Versace robe away and went with the daddy rose. This is my second robe purchase and was 100% perfect. Harvey has great customer service and communication is always on point. Paid on Wednesday got it the next Thursday Will be grabbing a 3rd this blac Friday ?. My kids said they need one too so waiting for the kids line to drop. Worth it 1,000%

Terrible customer service. I purchased a $555 robe for Christmas and the checkout store accidentally changed the delivery address to my second home, no problem I could get the management company or neighbor to grab the package. However the big problem is that this boutique is selling $555-$1,111 robes and sending United States Postal Service with no insurance. So when the USPS delivered the package to the wrong address and gained a signature from someone in the neighborhood that nobody knows, I reached out to the merchant asking them to help make a claim with the USPS. They declined to assist. I suggested to them that they really need to use better couriers for their product so that they can provide a better service, and they did not respond to me at all. I am having to dispute the charge on my card to get any sort of reconciliation. I would've rather Daddy Boutique ask for assistance finding the package with USPS or them provide me with a replacement robe. Very disappointed in the service. The owner seems more concerned with his image on social media than providing a super service and product.
