Very helpful lady on cash a few weeks ago and resolved a product / easel exchange very proficiently. I liked especially how she used her little notebook to remedy a rare cash register task for the exchange. Shows she takes her job and her training seriously. Well done!

I bought a painting easel and it was the worst one ever! me and my mom spent hours, our hands were in pain but still couldn’t assemble it!! The screws wouldn’t fit and we gave up at the end. The customer service was so bad and didn’t help at all.

Helpful and friendly staff. I also enjoyed the fact that they had a large variety of art supplies to choose from. Another thing that I enjoyed was how organized everything was. Walking in the space was like walking into a candy store.

I do acrylic painting. I could not find nothing useful for my art here. But I bought stylish Italian rolling bag, my wife loves it to go shopping. Prices are $$$.

This location has sales going on! The student card allows you to have an additional discount on select items. Customer service is fantastic. I received helpful advice on selecting paints and return was no problem within thirdly days for unused products.

This is my favourite arts store and I have been a customer for over a decade.

Extremely rude man who waved in the vague direction of paints when i asked for a particular one and then was dismissive when i told him that i had called ahead and was told it was there and it turns out they dont carry it. If you arent going to be the cheapest, then be the most helpful, if you cant be cheap or helpful then be kind. If you are none of those things? Good luck.
