Studio 89 is a little gem of a coffee spot! It’s the kind of place that feels like a mix between a cozy café and a community hub. The ambiance is spot on—warm, inviting, and perfect for everything from catching up with a friend to hunkering down with your laptop to get some work done.

The coffee options are solid, and they know how to make a good brew. As for food, they do have some snacks and light bites, but don’t expect a full menu—it’s more about complementing your coffee than a full meal. That said, what they do offer is fresh and tasty, so no complaints there!

Overall, it’s a great spot to chill, work, or chat, especially if you like a calm and laid-back vibe. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Atmosphere is A+! Such a nice vibe. My friend and I went to spent a couple hours sipping coffee, chatting and doing some work. Staff is very friendly. Also it’s a vegetarian place! We got the croissant sandwich, brownie and a latte. Everything was delicious!

Nice coffee and ambience, love their outdoor set up but they need more seatings they’re always full. The outdoor chairs need to be replaced they’re rusted.
They only serve all vegan. Didn’t like their food at all. DO NOT try it if ur looking for good taste.
Overall a cute cafe. They don’t have parking nearby so park at the Erin mills mall parking lot and walk across to the cafe.

Honestly, just buy coffee elsewhere and go home. We came here because it was advertised as a lounge area to talk and play board games. We ordered a grilled cheese, which was overpriced for the quality of the bread and the small portion size. The banana bread was also ridiculously small more like a kindergarten sized serving—making it feel like I was being given free samples rather than food I paid for, even costco is more generous on the servings.

On top of the overpriced and tiny portions, the customer service was awful. The staff’s attitude completely ruined the atmosphere. While placing my order, the young lady made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, as if I wasn’t supposed to be ordering food at all. Then, as we were leaving, I said “bye” to show some gratitude, and another staff member a hijabi woman just stared at me with an unpleasant look.

If you can’t handle customer service, maybe don’t work or volunteer in such places. This isn’t about lacking experience; it’s about basic manners.

Wouldnt come again solely on the atmospherez

Had such a great experience at Studio 89 today in the morning! The food is great, well priced and the yummy and adorable drinks are made with so much TLC! This is also notably some of the much better matcha in Mississauga! The staff is truly the highlight here, they’re so welcoming, kind, and they even went out of the way to create a designated prayer area for myself and my friends. Thank you so much for your care and amazing service <3

Overall the vibe is superb, the staff is amazing.
It’s the best place in the entire surrounding for casual meetings and to catch up with friends.
Perhaps a very good place if you want to sit with your laptop and work alone.
This place serves excellent organic coffee but ☕️ black only.
Food I just had some chocolate brownie it was okay and the banana bread was 3/5 .
I can go there again and again for their coffee and the wonderful staff.
Food is not my type 😅( All Vegan) though
love the idea of fair trade and organic which they are promoting.

One of the best vegan cafes in the neighborhood. I love their options for vegan snacking, as well as their hot and cold drinks. They have a very versatile seating arrangement that includes options for playing board games when you're with a larger crowd.

The ambiance is the best part. It's the perfect spot for coffee dates, game nights, team meetings, working, and reading.
